Orders to Toronto ship from our Vancouver facility and typically arrive in 2–3 business days via Canada Post Expedited. Production takes 1 business day for most orders — add that to your transit estimate to get a delivery date. Order before 2 PM PST Monday, arrive Wednesday or Thursday.
No minimum. Order a single transfer or a run of thousands. The smallest sheet size is a $10 gang sheet — below that we'd be printing more box and label than transfer.
100% cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, tri-blends, nylon, spandex, denim, canvas, and most performance fabrics. No pre-treatment needed. Press at 280°F / 138°C for 10 seconds, hot peel, then cure for 5 seconds.
Yes. Our default service is Canada Post Expedited at 2–3 business days, but we can upgrade to Canada Post XpressPost (1–2 days) or FedEx/Purolator next-morning delivery for time-sensitive orders. Mention your deadline when you order and DTF Vancouver's team will quote the fastest lane — typically a $15–30 upgrade for next-day Toronto delivery.
Toronto-local DTF suppliers can offer same-day pickup, which DTF Vancouver can't match for GTA customers. But on everything else — no minimum order, no setup fees, no art fees, 9-color print quality, consistent pricing with no tier gates — DTF Vancouver is typically more competitive. If you order weekly or in larger batches, the total cost to your doorstep often comes in lower than Ontario-local options even after shipping.
