How to Order from DTF Vancouver

Ordering custom DTF transfers is simple. Watch the video below for a complete walkthrough, or follow the steps underneath.

Step 1: Choose Your Product

We offer two ordering options:

• Build Your Own Gang Sheet — Use our online builder to drag and drop your designs onto a sheet. Mix sizes, designs, and quantities to maximize your print area.
• Upload a Pre-Made Gang Sheet — Already have your gang sheet laid out? Upload your file and we'll print it as-is.

Step 2: Upload Your Artwork

For best results, use PNG files with transparent backgrounds at 300 DPI. We also accept PDF, AI, and PSD. Low-resolution files may result in blurry prints.

Step 3: Select Your Sheet Size

Pick the sheet size that fits your designs. Our gang sheet builder shows you exactly how much space you have so you can maximize every inch.

Step 4: Place Your Order

Complete checkout online. We accept all major credit cards.

Step 5: Receive Your Transfers

Orders placed before noon get same-day production. Metro Vancouver customers enjoy same-day local delivery. Canada-wide shipping typically arrives in 1–3 business days.

Step 6: Apply Your Transfers

Heat press at 280°F for 10 seconds, medium pressure. Hot peel, then press again for 5 seconds to cure. Full details on our Pressing Instructions page.
